Beacon has a pastor/elder team. Matt and Joe work together to serve and equip the Beacon family. With a shared commitment to foster spiritual growth, they lead through biblical teaching, prayer, and a focus on grace-filled accountability. Matt is passionate about helping people experience transformation through Jesus’ love. Joe, who previously served as a missionary overseas, brings a heart for equipping others to serve the body effectively. Together, they aim to create a culture where everyone can connect with God and each other, grow in their faith, and experience the life-changing truth.
